You have the option of arranging your own Courier - or we can send your order to you via Courier Guy - PUDO

WHERE DO WE COURIER TO?

Our courier partners can deliver nationwide in South Africa


We do not have a standard international delivery cost. Each delivery will have to be quoted for, based on the package, and the destination. For international transactions, please e-mail us on shop@lekkershop.co.za.

WHAT WILL THE COURIER COSTS BE?

Delivery cost will be based on your delivery location, and the number of items you purchase or the size and/or weight of your items.
An estimated delivery cost will be calculated at Check Out.
We always aim to offer an affordable service to all our customers.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
The quick answer - ASAP! We aim for 14 workdays - But hey.. sometimes "Life Happens"

All online orders will receive an e-mail, stating the time it will take to complete & ship your order. This depends on the size of your order – and the specific items you order.

Please allow for up to 5 days for delivery from date of dispatch for outlying areas. Depending on your location; most deliveries (after dispatch) to main centers within 1-3 days.

Once you have received your dispatch date – we will send you a tracking number and a link via email. Your tracking number can be used, via the link provided, to track the movements of your parcel.

DO YOU OFFER EXRESS OR SAME DAY DELIVERY?

Unfortunately, we don’t offer an expedited delivery service at this point in time.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

On dispatch of your order, you will receive a tracking number via email which can be used, via the link provided, to track the movements of your parcel. You will also be notified via email of the movements of your order.

CAN I SEND PRODUCTS AS GIFTS TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS TO MY OWN?

You will be able to send your order/gift(s) to any address around the country that you require; whether that is your own address or the address of someone you would like to surprise or spoil. Simply add the delivery details of where you would like the gift delivered when you are at our checkout page.

CAN I SEND GIFTS TO MORE THAN 1 ADDRESS WITH 1 ORDER?

You can only send to 1 address per 1 online order. A separate order would be required to send to another person at another address. The shipping price applies PER SHIPMENT.

CAN I CHOOSE DELIVERY FOR A SPECIFIC DATE?

Unfortunately, once your order has been processed it will immediately follow the standard dispatch procedure. As our courier service is outsourced, we cannot commit to any specific dates.

CAN I COLLECT MY ORDER?

Yes, you can. LekkerSHOP.co.za runs out of our Head Office Warehouse in Lephalale – Limpopo. Pick-ups are by arrangement only. Please select ‘Pick Up from Store” during Check-out and contact us on 071 411 5454 or via email - shop@lekkershop.co.za
